Do you sell spot stock or made-to-order only?
We focus on ready stock from Shengze. Inventory is updated regularly. Most listed styles can ship quickly; color and yardage are confirmed by our sales team when you order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Small MOQs are welcome for many spot styles, and some can start from 1 yard. Requirements vary by fabric—ask our sales team before ordering.
Are samples free?
No. Sample fees plus domestic/international shipping are prepaid. Ask our sales representative for current rates. Sampling first helps confirm the fabric before bulk orders.
Can sample fees be credited against an order?
In some cases sample fees can be credited against bulk orders. Whether and how this applies is confirmed case by case—mention it when you inquire.
How do I order samples online?
Sign in, add fabrics to your cart, create a sample pre-order, and note your needs (for example, swatches only). Our sales team will confirm fees and shipping with you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We serve global buyers with trackable sample and bulk shipping. Cost, timing, and customs requirements depend on the destination and will be confirmed with you.
I have a sample / no article number—can you find the fabric?
Yes. Use “I Have Samples / Find For Me” to upload photos and requirements, or submit a proxy-finding request in the sample center. Our team will help match sourcing.
