Product Description
This fabric uses 30D polyester filament as the main raw material, combined with 7% spandex, forming a weft stretch structure with 30D polyester in the warp and a 35D+35D+20D combination in the weft. It is a double-layer crinkled downproof fabric with a naturally fine crinkled surface, soft and fluffy hand feel. It combines the abrasion resistance and easy-care quick-dry properties of polyester with the weft stretch provided by spandex, offering comfortable movement without restriction. The double-layer structure helps lock in down and prevents down leakage, making it suitable for down jackets, padded coats, shell jacket liners, outdoor thermal clothing, and other down-filled products. The 30D warp yarn makes the fabric lightweight and delicate, while the 35D+35D+20D composite weft yarn enhances weft elasticity and recovery, allowing the finished product to maintain good loft and dimensional stability after down filling.
